Tofu with oyster sauce - good for cancer patients

    
Cooking for cancer patients, it must be understood and carefully selected ingredients and sauces on the resistance to free radicals in the body of the patient. Will be lower than normal and by patients during chemotherapy (chemotherapy).

Tofu with oyster sauce ingredients :
  1. Egg Tofu 1 tube.

How do cook :
  • Cut large pieces of tofu in it.
  • To diffuse into the boiling water and boiled
  • Drain the water into the dish room
  • Oyster sauce pan with the oil on medium heat 
  • The garlic until golden fried onions, mushrooms with the remaining ingredients. If the sauce thickens a little tough to fill 
  • Simmer until it boils down to diffuse the heat and pour on a dish with tofu, blanched at the plate.

Green Curry with Chicken Menu

Ingrediants of Green Curry with Chicken
(For 2 person)


* Thai Green Curry 1/4 measuring cup

* Chicken slice a small piece of 350 g ( Fit.)

* 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 measuring

* 1/4 cup basil leaves measuring

* Eggplant 2 rolls (slice small pieces).

* Chicken soup 1/2 cup of water measuring.

* Coconut 2 tablespoon sugar (or sugar)

* 3 tablespoon fish sauce

* 2 red Frutescens seed (slice diagonally).

* 4 Kaffir leaves
 
How to do step by step ;
1.1/2 cup of coconut milk (the remaining partitions until it gradually in the next step) put on the frying pan until hot (light to medium) mix approximately 3-5 minutes and then place a Green Curry fried into an action until the coconut milk level reduce then take all the ingredients into a large pot
2. bring large saucepan and put meat or chicken and mix it approximately 2 minutes, then add the fish sauce, sugar, mix together around 1 minutes. Add water until your partitions, chicken soup and continue to boil until the chicken starts some ripe and eggplant soft.

3. Enter the Kaffir and Basil wait until boiling then serve with rice and chili fish sauce.

Note: Green Curry with rice and Thai noodle (call "Kanomjean") are popular eating to eat with.
 

Cocunut milk soup with chicken menu

Ingredients of Cocunut milk soup with chicken menu
(For 2 persons)
 

  • * 3 piece body chest chicken (cut into pieces to fit pieces.)
  • * Coconut 2 cups measuring
  • * Chicken soup 1 cup measuring water
  • * 2-3 pieces of our medium (peeling skin and slice thin)
  • * Fiery SOI details 1 tablespoon
  • * 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • * 1 teaspoon sugar.

How to do step by step ;
 
 
 
  1. put the coconut chicken soup and water into a saucepan and bring to medium heat setting fire.
  2. boil for approximately 8 minutes and mix from time to time.
  3. place chicken and bell pepper into the boiler will continue for approximately 6 minutes to the good chicken meat boiled.
  4. taste with fish sauce and sugar. Then add parsley, petroselinum sativum and serve with  rice
