Green Curry with Chicken Menu

Ingrediants of Green Curry with Chicken
(For 2 person)


* Thai Green Curry 1/4 measuring cup

* Chicken slice a small piece of 350 g ( Fit.)

* 1/4 cup coconut milk 1 measuring

* 1/4 cup basil leaves measuring

* Eggplant 2 rolls (slice small pieces).

* Chicken soup 1/2 cup of water measuring.

* Coconut 2 tablespoon sugar (or sugar)

* 3 tablespoon fish sauce

* 2 red Frutescens seed (slice diagonally).

* 4 Kaffir leaves
 
How to do step by step ;
1.1/2 cup of coconut milk (the remaining partitions until it gradually in the next step) put on the frying pan until hot (light to medium) mix approximately 3-5 minutes and then place a Green Curry fried into an action until the coconut milk level reduce then take all the ingredients into a large pot
2. bring large saucepan and put meat or chicken and mix it approximately 2 minutes, then add the fish sauce, sugar, mix together around 1 minutes. Add water until your partitions, chicken soup and continue to boil until the chicken starts some ripe and eggplant soft.

3. Enter the Kaffir and Basil wait until boiling then serve with rice and chili fish sauce.

Note: Green Curry with rice and Thai noodle (call "Kanomjean") are popular eating to eat with.
