Cocunut milk soup with chicken menu

Ingredients of Cocunut milk soup with chicken menu
(For 2 persons)
 

  • * 3 piece body chest chicken (cut into pieces to fit pieces.)
  • * Coconut 2 cups measuring
  • * Chicken soup 1 cup measuring water
  • * 2-3 pieces of our medium (peeling skin and slice thin)
  • * Fiery SOI details 1 tablespoon
  • * 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • * 1 teaspoon sugar.
  • * 1/2 cup parsley, petroselinum sativum sheet measuring (for decoration)
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
How to do step by step ;
 
 
 
  1. put the coconut chicken soup and water into a saucepan and bring to medium heat setting fire.
  2. boil for approximately 8 minutes and mix from time to time.
  3. place chicken and bell pepper into the boiler will continue for approximately 6 minutes to the good chicken meat boiled.
  4. taste with fish sauce and sugar. Then add parsley, petroselinum sativum and serve with  rice
